I’m Zeshan Zafar Yousafzai, a Lead Civil & Structural Engineer whose journey blends global engineering mastery with creative storytelling and spiritual reflection. With over a decade of experience designing seismic-resistant high-rises, transport retrofits, and steel platforms across Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and Southeast Asia, I’ve always approached design as both a technical and philosophical art form.

From NEOM’s NRC-9 finishing phases to cross-border billboard engineering and metro retrofits, I’ve translated codes like ACI, SBC, Eurocode, GOST, ASCE 7-16 into structures that aren’t just safe—but meaningful.

I’m fluent in six languages, adept at leading multicultural teams, and deeply skilled in tools like ETABS, SAP2000, TEKLA, RFEM 6, SolidWorks, and Primavera P6. My role often bridges the gap between pure engineering and holistic delivery—whether it’s QA/QC, site audits, stakeholder engagement, or shaping final as-built documentation.

But I don’t just build concrete and steel—I build legacy. My philosophy is simple: listen to the heartbeat of a structure. Every drawing, every revision, every bolt placed carries a message: build with precision, lead with purpose.

Currently, I’m pursuing global credentials like CEng, PE, PMP, not for prestige, but to open doors for impact—creating structures that endure and stories that resonate.
